Your credit card which is on file will act as your guarantee. Should the need to
cancel your reservation arise, a $25.00 processing cancellation fee will be imposed,
if cancelled 21 days prior to date of arrival. If you cancel within the 21 days (30 for Fall foliage and holidays)
to your arrival date, you will be charged for the full number of days reserved
(minus meals). We will of course not charge for any nights that we are able to resell, though there will be the $25 processing fee.
Leaving before your reserved date will be treated as a cancellation and you will be charged for the night(s) that we are unable to resell.
