Cancellation Policy

Your credit card which is on file will act as your guarantee. Should the need to cancel your reservation arise, a $25.00 processing cancellation fee will be imposed, if cancelled 21 days prior to date of arrival. If you cancel within the 21 days (30 for Fall foliage and holidays) to your arrival date, you will be charged for the full number of days reserved. We will of course not charge for any nights that we are able to resell, though there will be the $25 processing fee.

Leaving before your reserved date will be treated as a cancellation and you will be charged for the night(s) that we are unable to resell.

Although our town road crew does a fine job keeping our road clear in the winter, unexpected snowfalls are a common occurrence on our mountain. While snow tires or four-wheel drive are not required for visiting the inn, we have found that vehicles without at least one of these have more troubles than others during a snowstorm. Of course, our staff will make every effort that they can should a guest have difficulty.
Please understand that unexpected snowstorms are not reasons to not abide by our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!
